Choice of Law and Forum

This Visitor Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. You agree that, unless expressly waived by us or we bring an action in a different jurisdiction, the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to this Visitor Agreement or your use of the Cash For Clunkers Automotive Network shall be in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
